Terms & Conditions

1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) govern the use of security services provided by REKA SECURITY (hereinafter, "the Company"). By subscribing to our services, the Client expressly accepts these conditions.

2. Services

REKA SECURITY offers various security services, such as:

• Static guarding of movable and immovable property
• Event security for crowd management
• Site surveillance and access control (accessible or restricted areas)
• Security patrol rounds
• Incident management

The detailed services are specified in the contract signed between the Company and the Client.

3. REKA SECURITY Commitments

We commit to:

• Implementing all necessary measures to ensure the safety of property and people, in accordance with the standards in force in Belgium and the specific requirements of local authorities in Brussels
• Guaranteeing the confidentiality of the Client's information
• Employing qualified and trained security agents for each mission, in accordance with Belgian legislation on private security

4. Client Obligations

The Client commits to:

• Providing all information necessary for the proper execution of services
• Informing REKA SECURITY of any risk or particular requirement concerning the premises or events
• Not interfering with the work of security agents, except in case of instructions previously validated by the Company

5. Liability

REKA SECURITY commits to implementing all necessary means to guarantee security. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for unforeseen incidents or cases of force majeure, in accordance with Belgian law principles.

6. Pricing and Payment

Rates and payment terms are defined in the signed contract. In case of non-payment, services may be suspended without notice. The Client is informed that the applicable VAT in Belgium will be added to the amounts mentioned in the contract.

7. Confidentiality

REKA SECURITY guarantees the confidentiality of information concerning monitored sites and security instructions. The Client commits not to disclose the Company's working methods and sensitive information, in compliance with Belgian data protection legislation.

8. Duration and Termination

The T&C are valid for the entire duration of the agreed services. Either party may terminate the contract with 3 months' notice or any other period specified in the contract, except in case of serious breach or failure to meet specified obligations. In case of termination by the Client, they must respect the notice period and conditions stipulated in the contract, in accordance with the Belgian Civil Code.

9. Modification of T&C

The Company reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The Client will be informed of modifications and may accept or refuse the new conditions, which may result in termination of the contract. The most recent version of the T&C will always be available on the Company's website.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the Brussels courts will have jurisdiction, in accordance with Belgian legislation on jurisdictional competence. The Client acknowledges that any dispute will be subject to the laws in force in Belgium.
